Re:FGC recommends: Challenges that will never be. - 2007/10/16 15:57 Super Pilot

Use your mouse to guide the plane, holding down the left mouse to fire. Excellent music plays in the background as the scene changes in time. A pretty fun, though exceedingly short experence.

Why it can't be a challenge?: Short. No Score. Easy. Nothing about this game even begins to go with the FGC aside from "fun."

Re:FGC recommends: Challenges that will never be. - 2007/10/16 17:31 Escape

A detective thriller complete with voices and pretty good animation, Escape is a fun flash game that plays to the speed of many "find the item solve the puzzle" adventure games. Interesting story, though its a little on the short side. Tip though: You'll have to allow pop-ups to finish the end of it, which is kinda lame for obvious reasons.

Why can't it be a challenge?:Nothing to compete over, and you can beat it in one sitting if you work at it.

The closest thing I've found to a fun free flash RTS, Backyard Buzzing has you spawning small bases with turrets and having to manage troops. Resource is gathered by killing your foes so go all out!

Why is this not a challenge? No true game over, strong chance to glitch out, building an overwhelming number of turrets too effective.

Re:FGC recommends: Challenges that will never be. - 2007/12/03 10:37 Poral: The Flash Version

It doesn't have GLaDOS, It's not by Valve, and it's 2D. At the same time, this third party tribute to the Valve hit Portal is quite a fun flash game. It's pretty fun, though no replacement for the real deal in my opinion.

Why its not a Challenge: Progress can only be quantified by clearing levels and I've already beaten it so there's no contest.

Play Portal: The Flash Version
